The data controller is Wisborough Green Sports, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, charity no. 1179541, of The Pavilion, The Green, Wisborough Green, Billingshurst, West Sussex RH14 0BN. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration A8898774.

What we collect

  • Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. The form is delivered straight to our own mailbox by our web host — no third-party form service is involved, and your message is not stored on this website. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry.
  • Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Membership data

Membership is managed in our separate membership system, myClubhouse, under the full WGS Privacy Policy, presented when you sign up or log in.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing datacontroller@wisboroughsports.org. We action rights requests within 28 days.
