Membership
Membership of Wisborough Green Sports supports the Pavilion, the Green and the village clubs. There are three ways to belong:
- Playing membership — through Cricket, Football or Touch Rugby (stoolball is currently paused). Each club sets its own subscription, and £15 of it goes to WGS for each of that club’s members over the age of 16, supporting the Pavilion and the Green. It comes out of the club subscription rather than being charged on top. Juniors under 16 do not carry the contribution; instead a parent or guardian of each registered colt counts as the family’s non-playing member of WGS.
- Non-playing membership — £15 a year, for anyone aged 18 or over who wants to support village sport, use the members’ bar and be part of the community around the Green.
- Running & Cycling membership — £10 a year (ages 11+).
As a guide, current club subscriptions (July 2026) range from £10 a year for youth football to £70 for full senior cricket, with junior, student, occasional-player and new-member rates in between — current rates for every category are always on myClubhouse. The WGS membership year runs to 31 October; the playing clubs’ subscription years follow their own seasons.
Members may sign in up to two guests (the guest book is at the bar), and visiting teams are welcome at the bar on match days. The bar operates under a Club Premises Licence, for members and signed-in guests.
All membership — joining, renewing, and bookings — is handled through our online membership system, myClubhouse.
