Wisborough Green Touch Rugby Club is in its fifth year and is growing!  We play mixed social Touch and membership is open to all from the age of 14 years and up.

Touch is one of the UK’s fastest growing sports and we are proud to be leading the way in West Sussex; training and playing to the Federation of International Touch Rules.  It’s a fast and high intensity game which will develop strength, stamina and agility.  Past experience is not necessary and you don’t need to have the fitness of an Olympic athlete.  You should have the desire to attain a great level of fitness in time.

During the season we train and play every Thursday evening on the Green from 7pm and have fitness training each Monday evening under the guidance of a professional fitness coach in nearby Billingshurst (from 7.15pm).  And of course having displaced so many carbs they soon get replaced after each session.
